How I See Myself and How Others See Me: Photo Workshop
Using photography to tell stories of vitality, violence, growth, loss, ageing
Saturday 06/04 12.00-13.00
Samuel Alexander Building, University of Manchester, Oxford Rd, Manchester M13 9PL

Inspired by the How I See Myself and How Others See Me project, this workshop involves the exploration of reflexivity in art and anthropology by using photography and poetry to write ourselves. Bring a photograph that represents how you see yourself, or take one on the day. Bring a pen and a notebook too. And we’ll work together to discover what poetic stories exist in these images, and what poetic stories exist in us.
