How to pay your subscriptions
DIRECT DEBIT
The ASA can now accept your direct debits. To set up a direct debit to pay this year and future year's subs, please download the Direct Debit mandate form here (pdf), complete (ignore the reference box and the box for our office use), and return to our PO Box address on the form. We will contact you ahead of debiting your account, as is our legal obligation.
STANDING ORDER
We no longer accept standing orders and have closed the Barclays account we were using for standing orders, hence cancelling ALL existing standing orders. We have now asked all those who had standing orders to set up Direct Debits for 09 payments onwards.

Please ensure/request that the first part of your bank's entry/reference against this payment is your full name - failure to do so may mean that that we will be unable to establish who has made the payment. Please email admin(AT)theasa.org on making such a transfer.

RBS WorldPay
We now accept the following cards via RBS WorldPay:

Recognising that there are members who are unable to use PayPal or who prefer not to, we now have an extra online credit card payment system you can opt to use. This service is provided by RBS WorldPay, and does not require you to set up an account. You will simply have to key in your invoice amount, your card and billing address details. Both systems are free to use.
Please now check the total amount owing on your invoice - as you will
have to
input that in this process.
To pay your invoice using RBS WorldPay, enter the member's name, the amount you owe in the box and click submit.
CHEQUE
Please make these payable to the ASA in pounds sterling. If paying from overseas and you are concerned about bank charges, you may wish to pay for 3 years at a time - do email admin(AT)theasa.org first to discuss this. Please send cheques to ASA, PO Box 5233, Brighton, BN50 9YW, UK.
We can only accept payment in pounds sterling.
Refunds information
If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as an ASA member, you do have the right to cancel your membership and request a refund. Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and where appropriate a full refund will be given.
Refunds should be requested by email to admin(at)theasa.org, within 7 days of your payment..
